Gift cards can only be redeemed against a spa package, treatment or product.

Gift cards can be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the card balance on payment of the difference.

If the entire amount on the gift card is not spent the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction for future purchases until the total is used or the card expires. The balance can not be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are vlid for 3 months from purchase.

Any unused cards or remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. Please note:- Some special offers purchased with a gift card may have a different validity period in which case the gift card will reflect this.

No gift cards can be exchanged for cash.
